Having trouble with a new laptop connecting to our home internet. Phoned and spoke with Kail from Middle Man, and who, in my opinion was hands down one of the bestest customer service people I have come across in a very long time. My daughter is currently having to do her school work through correspondence and not being able to connect the laptop to our internet was a major issue. Kail spent about 15minutes talking her through the steps and she is now online and completing her schoolwork. I hope Kail you get a bloody big pay rise cause you most certainly deserve one!!
